Mats Küssner ist Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter im Lehrgebiet Transkulturelle Musikwissenschaft und historische Anthropologie der Musik. Zuvor war er Peter Sowerby Research Associate in Performance Science am Royal College of Music in London. Er wurde am King’s College London innerhalb des AHRC geförderten Centre for Musical Performance as Creative Practice zum Thema Shape, drawing and gesture: cross-modal mappings of sound and music promoviert.
